Dr. Chips serves on several advisory boards and conference advisory panels.

  • Dr. Chips is a key member of the Advisory board of Turian Labs a Design Thinking pioneer with global footprint. Together, he advises on current trends, potential opportunities. Also, he collaborates with Turian Labs on innovation, ideation and design thinking workshops for corporate, academic and conference settings
  • He continues to be on the Advisory Board of iXL Center (an innovation, excellence and leadership) which focusses on the training and consulting worldwide. As a founding advisor of iXL’s Global Innovation Institute, Dr. Chips was a key participant in setting requirements and standards for Innovation Management certification.
  • He serves on the Advisory Panel for SMTA’s conference committee and assists in program development
  • He served as Chairman of the LEDs Solid State Lighting Ecosystem conference for several years having originated the concept in 2010.
